"We loved our stay! The historical home and grounds are beautiful. It was near local restaurants and the location is great for walking. The best part was our host, David. He was warm and inviting, full of knowledge about the home and area. He gave us a personal tour and thought of every detail to make our stay full of hospitality. "Hotel and grounds were lovely. Really enjoyed the antebellum charm. However, we were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. One would expect that in a hotel of this quality. After our first night stay, the room was not serviced. We had to ask for fresh towels at 4:00 PM in order to make our New Year's even dinner. After that, the service was fine."
