"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

Great Hotel.

"Great spacious room and bathroom, ideal for a mobility limited person with a wheelchair. The water was pretty luke warm for most of the time, maybe because the hotel was under occupied during the Christmas break."

"Lovely staff and great buffet breakfast. We were there for this Christmas Eve and checked out on Christmas Day. They still served hot food for full English breakfast and had continental breakfast on the counter. The spa was great and my kid thoroughly enjoyed all 3 days and staff were really great with their response. Would surely come back anytime we visit Birmingham."

"Most enjoyable. All the staff were friendly, especially Stephanie and Laura who couldn't do enough for us, they went over and above our expectations. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Becca took time to make sure we were okay and talked to us making us feel very welcome. THANKYOU. "

"We loved our large bedroom and the bar area, full of character, wood panelling etc. Bathrooms were Ok. Our son’s room was more modern but spacious. We were meeting family so didn’t dine in the evening but the breakfast was the usual fare, a bit dry but what what do you expect when you turn up at 9:45, not many booked in for breakfast apparently. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will stay again. "
