"Room stunk of smoke. One mattress felt like cardboard. Tv wouldn’t turn on. Bath rusty. Mirror cracked. Light wouldn’t work. Hot tap wouldn’t turn off. Shelf damaged. Stain on duvet, but other than that it was ok"

"It was a pleasant stay. Once I'd moved room I was happy. Anywhere other than first floor has a mouldy smell. Place could do with a bit of modernising but was clean and tidy. To eat you have to leave the buidling to go up the steps to the bar and restaurant in a separate building. There was nothing spectacular about the food but it was eatable. It's not a place I would go to for a relaxing break but it was comfortable and close to family that I required. "

"Grade 2 listed building unfortunately dated accomodations and furnishings but by all means happily stay again as love port sunlight village, friendly staff in the bridge 👌."

"Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night "

"The one night stay was perfect, no complaints at all, bed is a super king bed, very comfortable, bathroom is really nice as well. Overall worth a stay here even just for one night or however long you wish to. The staff were friendly at all times and made us feel welcome. Will come back again"
