"My husband & I and two other couples stayed at Penelope Home for 5 nights. The home is located about halfway between the 2 airports on Crete. (About an hour each direction) We liked the central location and enjoyed hikes, caves, the beach and other activities. The suggestions for restaurants and bakeries by our host were spot on. The host also handled our transfers which was very much appreciated."

"Maria cares deeply about your visit and responds to any need. The house is wonderful with a lovely fruit and vegetable garden in the backyard. It is a very short 3 minute walk to the center of the beach and our favorite taverna, Mythos. There was a reserved parking place for our rental car at all times. The outdoor shower was fantastic. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!"

Als wir ankamen, stand ein Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Tisch- ein leckerer Obstkorb, auch Getränke 🤗. Das war wirklich einmalig lieb. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. "The place is great value for money if you want to stay by the sea and have 3 bedrooms. It is clean and well equipped. The outside area is wonderful. Especially good was that the cook ware was really usable (it often isn't in holiday homes), the well working washing machine and that there were plenty of towels. "
