Very nice hotel , well maintained in good location within walking distance to city centre and other attractions. The hotel maintained vety good hygeine practices including hand sanitisers around hotel areas and on each table which was good to see. We booked this property the night before flying out, due to the proximity to the airport. Upon arrival, we had a great welcome by the ladies at the front desk, who were able to check us in an hour early, and even provided a room upgrade. They were kind, efficient, and professional.

Fantastic hotel
Amazing stay and regretfully we didn’t stay longer than one night in Heraklion. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the port which is really lovely. The hotel is fantastic and the breakfast was superb, although we had to abruptly rush out after 15 min because we had a flight change and needed to rush. We will come again and stay longer to enjoy the amenities more next trip!

I loved everything about this hotel from the fantastic breakfast to the outdoor cafe. The building is in a good location with quick access to many cafes and bakeries. The location seemed very safe with access to ATMs. The staff was polite and helpful and our room was exceptionally clean. It’s also easy walking distance to city center.

This was a large traditional hotel. There was a buffet breakfast and all the food was delicious. Our room was nice but the bathroom could use some updates. The shower got the bathroom floor all wet despite my efforts to prevent it. Lots of dining options nearby but the shopping area was a bit of a walk away.

The property is not very well located, about a 25 min walk to the main city center. Everything in the hotel area was nice and service was good, good buffet breakfast with attentive staff. The rooms need some updating and are a bit small.

This was a very convenient hotel for our one night stay in Iraklio before a ferry trip the next day. The beds were decent and everything was very clean. The room was a bit small/tight for maneuvering around so perhaps not recommended for larger folks or folks with lots of luggage.
