"This was one of the worst hotels we've been too. The pictures of hotel rooms here are much better from what u get. Technically it should be rated as a Hostel! We had booked the hotel 4 months in advance for 3 people, and we got a room that had 2 single beds, and a sofa bed. The owner said "Other rooms are booked now". The shower head wasnt working (until we asked them to fix it) and had no warm water. There was no soap in the washroom. And they'd not change the towels or bed sheets every day....

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."

"We loved Lemon Garden! We stayed in the lemon house, it was bigger than we expected and full of amenities. It had so much charm! The outdoor space under the lemon tree was such a lovely place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The host, Manos, was very quick to reply to our messages, and was absolutely delightful. We would definitely recommend it."

"The ground floor apartment has a courtyard and hotub. The suite was super clean. Both reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is about 30 mins walk away head to the port and walk right along the front. Would definitely book this property again"

"It was a fantastic stay! Pros:- - The property is new and stylish. - Staffs are friendly and helpful, particularly Olga. Thanks to her and other staffs. - I had a rental car and the property offers free parking. - The mini market is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. - The Jacuzzi was another enjoyable feature! "We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended"

"Beautifully appointed room, comfortable bed, charming private (or shared depending on the room) terrace with umbrella, table and chairs. The proprietor is helpful but not obtrusive. The property is just a couple of very short blocks from the archeological museum and the old town. We are not shoppers but we saw many stores within an easy walk. Highly recommended. "
