"We had a great stay at Tammy’s cottage and would happily return. We prefer staying in the Southwest/Bass harbor area when visiting Acadia to escape the crowds while still having great food only 5 minutes away like Archie’s Lobster. Our dog also had a great time and the cottage had all the basic cooking & grilling essentials so we cooked for most meals. Thank you Tammy so much for having us and being a great host. "

"The cottage was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, We really enjoyed and made good use of the fire pit. It was all set up and ready to light. Southwest Harbor is my favorite place to stay on the island. It is much less touristy than Bar Harbor but still has some good dining options as well as a nice coffee shop. We had a great stay."

"The best place on earth. Hidden away on the shore of Flanders Pond we had the spectacular view of the ever changing pond and the utter peace and quiet of nature all around us. We bird watched,enjoy watching the chipmunks and squirrels and looked forward to a pair of beavers who returned to their den each day at dusk. "The room was absolutely adorable. Freshly remodeled with excellent design choices. Functional kitchen. Super cute little cottage. Perfect weekend getaway for me and my dog. Only thing was it was a bit cold, but it was very cold snowy and windy outside, so its understandable. Could only get heat to get room up to 60 degrees F (i set thermostat to 90, but 60 was all it could pull off). My dog and i wore layers so we stayed warm enough. Very comfy bed."
