"Overall a good stay. The rooms and hallways are very out of date and slightly smelly. But the parking was easy and free, and the included breakfast was very good."

Because the customer service from Christopher at the front desk was the most top notch intergalactic experience from a place that I literally never stayed.. "Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived late on 10/24 and the customer service personnel was amazing to go as far as writing us a personal note of what to check out based on our person interests. Staff was quick to address any issues such as a clogged toilet. I was beyond impressed with our view and the included continental breakfast was above and beyond. All staff were ever so courteous. I highly recommend this property. A short drive to town."

"If you’re looking to stay close to the park you can’t beat this locaton "

"The room we have had the tiniest bathroom i had very seen. Very uncomfortable to maneuver in the shower. Their remodelling of the room didn't consider the use of bathroom at all. As soon as we see the bathroom, we decided to checkout earlier. The manager was very accommodating. Refunded us the second night charge. The hotel is super clean and friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom is designed terribly, don't know how guests could use it comfortably."

"The breakfast and cookies offered were great. The sleeping area of our room was very small. Finding a place for luggage was a challenge. I did like the Victorian bathroom fixtures."

"This property has been great for two stays now and the staff is awesome! The construction is kind of distracting, but the progress is good. I was a bit disappointed that they are removing the gas fireplaces during room updates, but I do understand the safety aspect. This is definitely a property that embraces the past era it represents and in that way creates it’s charm."

"Great experience. It was cozy environment. The only downside is there was some remienence of trash in the trashcan itself. Also, the toilet had very low water pressure and would not go down when being flushed (don't know if it was clogged beforehand or what, but we didn't do it). Other than that i would stay again. "
