"The hotel is small with no lift, not the best area but it is conveniently located near the underground and above ground transportation. It is located in Zone 2, so transportation is a bit more expensive if you plan to spend a significant time doing a lot of touristy things in Zone 1. It's a diverse area with an assortment of places to eat in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We had a wonderful 10 day stay at the Princess Victoria. The staff from minute one to the end were nothing short of attentive and hospitable. The meals were excellent in the pub and the deals were something to take advantage of. As this was our “base” in London, the easy walk (or even bus ride) to shepherd’s bush and then literally anywhere provided us with what we needed. While we were here for our daughter’s wedding, we did get in some local football, niche restaurants, and intriguing museums....

"My partner and I stayed for one night to spend the weekend in London. The room was just right. Good sized bed and wonderful shower, however one of the shower pumps was not working. "The staff were absolute gems and super comfortable beds, warm temperatures, and easy to get to central London. The overall hotel could use a refresh and remove all the carpet from the hotel rooms as well as add some new paint colors and in-room furniture. I also think the main reception area could use a makeover and more people would sit and have breakfast etc. "

"Overall, the location is either at the end or the beginning of high st, depending on which direction you are coming from. No breakfast provided. Bathroom & toilet wise is a bit small and small in space. You have to sort of crossover the toilet seat to get to the shower cubicle. Bed wise, quite comfortable but I think they need to replace or add another pillow for comfortable sleep. Very clean when i checked in.
