"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! The teenagers loved the turf soccer field and got a lot of use out of playing on it. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. This place is great, the beds are all comfortable, The patio is a nice size has a ping pong table and there's a grill to BBQ on. The kitchen is a tad bit small but does not lack...

"This was our first time in Dorado, we were absolutely swept away by this property. Amazing safe location, steps from the beach. It’s right outside of Embassy suites, so you have a restaurant within walking distance, as well as casino and bowling alley. Plenty of things to do with the whole family. "I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer...
