The area is super safe and able to uber everything is super close the amenities in the room are beyond 👌 what we expected we actually felt like home it has everything you might need and more clean like nothing i have seen before in hotels recomend if ur in san juan for sure omg the bed was the best part is sooooo comfy 😀 😊 thank you to all the staff ! "We had a group of 12 stay at the house. Great location, house amenities were on point, clean, safe neighborhood and our host Ricardo was excellent. Highly recommend this property."

"Our family really enjoyed this property all around. The condo is spacious and has a great layout. There is a porch out back which is relaxing as well as upper balconies with ocean views. Easy access to the pool and beach as well.The Owner had great communication and left detailed instructions on accessing the property. We would definitely rent again."

"We spent one week in Kim's home over the Christmas holiday. We really enjoyed it. The condo was the perfect size for us and gave everyone plenty of private space. It was clean and cool and convenient. We loved to Rolls golf cart. And the grounds, activities, and restaurants at Dorado were amazing. "

"The set up of this condo for friends traveling together as couples was perfect. We had four bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. Lots of outdoor space as well. Owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. Couple small things, we were a little confused trying to find the beach and Thought that once we hit the embassy suites that was it. If you go past there, there is a huge beach that is all public where you can walk for miles with beach bars near it. Also, we could use a few more...

"We stayed a week. There were a few things that required attention from Karen and she was super responsive. The place is in a great location and you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. Beds were comfortable. There is security and a gated access community. I would stay there again."

"The good - Dorado Beach area is beautiful! The property is safe, secure and clean. There are restaurants nearby and supermarket. There’s a small pool near the unit, and the beach is a quick drive away, it’s safe because it’s in a cove. The Bad - AC unit downstairs is loud. Hot water is unpredictable. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty. Club Membership- Get the membership! They make it seem like it’s an option and that you can use the amenities without it; You sort of can, but not really....

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "I really enjoyed staying at the San Augustin apartment. It was more spacious than I anticipated. It was very clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Check in was seamless, and all of the staff was a very welcoming and hospitable. however I was told check in is typically at four and I did not receive any correspondence to come check in until five. Also on the night before, I was checking out I received a check up about anything I needed right after receiving the check up, I received to notice...

"The property itself was beautiful and in such a great location! We were walking distance from everything. The agency was very responsive to all of our needs. Only downside is we did not have any hot water during our entire stay. We were told to let the water run for 15-20 mins but even then the water was still cold. Also the door to enter the unit needed to be pulled and jiggled in order for it to unlock so we struggled getting in. Otherwise the property was great and if this problems were fixed...

"This place had a beautiful protected beach front for swimming and low key snorkeling. You can rent a paddle board, snorkel, or scuba gear onsite. Right next to the resort was a marine park where you could go and rent snorkel or scuba equipment and see more turtles and fish. You can walk from this resort to Old San Juan, but Uber and Taxi are so convenient and easy from the resort, save your energy for the hills and steps in Old San Juan. The property has beautiful beachfront ocean views. If the ocean isn’t your thing, the pools are great too. The swim up bar is sectioned off with a water feature that flows into the infinity pool. The splash pad is great for kids and is very shallow. The room was clean and our wave wing view was amazing. The carpet and shower tile were a little worn and dated, but not significantly and it didn’t keep the room from looking clean. The double beds were a little small for our over 6ft tall bodies, but they still made for comfortable and restful sleep! Restaurants were pricey, but food and service were great. It’s easy to get to local places to eat offsite as well. The shopping plaza next door has a Fogo Steakhouse, but nothing else in terms of food or shopping. There are a couple of boutique shops onsite at the resort. I recommend going to Old San Juan to do local market shopping. Genuinely kind and helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again! "
