"Beware, when I arrived the towels and bed sheets had clearly been used, but the booking was not refundable, so I stayed, hoping they would be changed soon. 5 days passed and they were never changed. There is no on-site concierge or receptionist, only a building guard who does not work for the company directly, so he can't really help with anything."
