"We stayed here for two nights. It's a really convenient location for the Altstadt, cathedral and Christmas markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable. We did hear some noise from the street in the night, but that was the only minor issue. Overall we were very happy with our stay here."

"They didn't send me a code for checking in to my phone. There is no staff on site here. Luckily after waiting around for a half hour a guest who was staying here called them and got them to send my codes to his phone and he helped me get inside. Refrigerator didn't work and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. "

"The check in was somewhat disconcerting. The notice from Expedia said no late check in and registration hours went to midnight. When I arrived at 4:30 PM on Sunday, no one was there. There were instructions on the front door and a machine next to it for self check in. It required the reservation number, which I fortunately had. It required a credit card for full payment.
