When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024). "

"This is a charming French style boutique hotel in excellent location. The staff are wonderful and the food is gourmet. They have 2 restaurants that have earned Michelin star. There are plenty of authentic, local restaurants within a minute walk from the hotel. Excellent location for shopping. "

They gave us absolutely anything we needed, we were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they had gifts ready at check in, and any time we had a turndown service new trinkets would appear in the room to suit what we needed.
