A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. "The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!"

"We had a great time staying at JW Marriott Seoul. It was our first time there and it was a very pleasant stay. Their staff were helpful and accomodating. There was one particular employee that helped us in the subway station when we got lost and we are so grateful. He even told others to make sure we got to our rooms safely that night. Sorry we didn't get his name but we are thankful nonetheless. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. "

"Great place for staycation. However the checking in has always long wait. The check in time is 3 but on busy days by the time you get the keys and get in your room it almost takes an hour."
