"Lovely historic building in a private gated courtyard off high street shopping area. Despite the busy streets outside, our room was very quiet. Staff were always helpful. Because of it being a 1700s building, there is no lift so be prepared for a narrow winding staircase to access most rooms."

They sent a great e-mail that explained in detail how to get to the property & how to access it. Worked flawlessly. The location was fabulous, we easily walked everywhere. Patrick even answered my questions about where to find a specific gift...
