"The owner welcomed us after 10 even though she was sick, she was pleasant. However, the room was below average. There were 2 empty Coke bottles in the bathroom trash , and the glasses in the bathroom very dirty. Location was chosen since it was close to airport."

"The hotel is hidden in an alley. Impossible to find. There is no view,no outdoor area. It's an old building in a 5 Ft wide alley. The front desk is a table. Our reservation with Orbitz was nowhere to be found. They "gave" us a rom and made it sound like it was a favor.The rooms are outdated and cold. Extremely cold. Nights got as cold as 40's. "We had booked a couple of rooms at the Capac Hotel II for a single night. Our arrival to the "hotel" was a bit late due to transport delays. Once we reached where the hotel was located, it was not there. There were no signs indicating a hotel, none of the other hotels nearby knew that it existed, the phone number did not work. Peering from the above road pedestrian walkway you could see that the place may or may not have been in operation, but certainly not at the moment. Finding new lodging at...
