"We had a great stay at the Equatorial. We had kids also and the staff was friendly and helpful (sadly this is not the norm at all 5-star properties in Vietnam, so it was a nice experience). The pool is great, I would recommend a room by the pool. The food was also very food (slightly pricy compared to alternatives, but comparable). I would recommend this hotel as great option for visiting HCMC. "

"Excellent customer service & comfortable rooms. The rainshower head is lovely. Bathroom bins could be improved to the step-pedestal type. Or ones without a lid. The current flip lid style feels annoying an unsanitary as it gets stuck sometimes."

"You get what you pay for. Excellent hotel in a very good location. The room is quite spacious, clean, and has a safe. The toiletries are of good quality. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, but is very diverse and big. There's an egg live station. The concierge staff are helpful. There were times when we came with shopping bags that they took and delivered to our room when we wanted to drop them off to leave again."

The staff provided impeccable service. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed to feel at home and relax after a busy day in the city. "This is a high class high quality hotel. We stayed in a Panorama room and it was to die for. The views of the river are amazing. The room, amenities, and the staff are all on par with the best hotels in the world. I wish we could have stayed longer but we were only their passing though before our flight home to the states. If I ever go back to Saigon, I will definitely book this hotel again. "
