"I loved being far away from the main downtown . After all day in the traffic, honking etc. It was nice to be back somewhere quiet and not to busy. The staff were so great as im travelling on my own. Kendall right from the start helped me with so much. From watching for my credit card everyday, to speaking to the cabs when i wasnt managing it well. Also the girls at the desk organized for me to get my nails done. They are perfect ! My room was exquisite! So clean and modern with a classic...

"This place is very safe. You can see security personnels on street after midnight. Mini Mart is nearby, very convenient for a quick grabs at night. The rooms are clean. Mr. Giau is nice to talk with. You can request late check-out. I left small tip for cleaning crews just to appreciate their hard work. Thanks."

"We we forced to change apartments on our second nite stay which was worse apartment. It was not furnished like the apartment in advertised pictures, no tv, no microwave, no toiletries, etc. Basically a cut price version of the apartment advertised. I believe they had overbooked as we contacted before the stay to cancel which we refused to do and so were shifted to this below standard unit. "

"hotal is good but when we were there its swimming pool was out of order and was not ready till our stay of 5 nights, also Hotel is far away from city area so not comfort for exploring city. hotel staff is operative and good service. "
