"The most glorious hotel. Everything aspect of our stay was tremendous and worth every penny. We had a Heritage Suite. Expect pyjamas, pillow origami at turn-down, more towels and toiletries than you could use, fantastic and attentive staff. Room was 63sq meters - so a good size and we had complementary access to the members bar on the lobby floor. Note, dining options are very formal - we are in the skylight bar on the very top floor for amazing views, fabulous service and more relaxed dining. "

"Very beautiful hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable and had all sorts of differents amenities and special attention; pyjamas for kids, toothbrush, brush, bathrobe, origami toys, etc. The pool and spa were a big plus for our families after a full day of visit. We had breakfast every day in the lobby and enjoyed a private teppaniaki dinner as well which was delicious. Hotel staff are very polite and caring. Hotel is located near local attraction, park, restaueants and high end shopping...
