"Amazing from start to finish. This hotel is outstanding. The service was the best I have ever had. Everything was so beautiful and well done. We had dinner at calusso and what a wonderful experience definately would highly recommend. The oysters were out of this world. Can’t say enough about this property , didn’t feel like Ft. Lauderdale felt like an amazing resort somewhere spectacular. "

"Our check-in was delayed until 6:30pm because the people who stayed here the night before us left the place in "very bad" conditions according to the cleaning ladies. Once we entered the home it smelled and looked clean. The main complaint I have is that there was ZERO electricity in one of the smaller rooms, the one with the queen bed. No lights, no tv, and the electrical outlets didn't work. I just don't understand how the cleaning ladies were in there for hours without trying to fix it.......

"The view of the bay was amazing. There were some minor issues with the unit and 2 elevator was definitely not enough. Lots of extra cost. I would only rent this again if i was stay a week or longer and with more than 3 people. Definitely not condusive if on business trip. "
