"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. "Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort.
