"Hotel was extremely homely and welcoming, just as the staff and owner were. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of town to get an experience closer to “locals”, and this hotel did not disappoint. Everything was clean, and I got a better night’s sleep here than our last stop in a big hotel. It’s so cosy, and the breakfast also deserves a mention; very healthy and tasty. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! "

"龍井の山にあるセンスのよいホテルです。周辺の環境は山以外何もないですが、静かでよいです。1.5kmほど下に降りると、レストランやカフェなどがある集落があります。スタッフは皆感じがよく、宿泊客との距離感もほどよく、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、何もかもがスムーズでした。清掃も行き届いており、素早く、丁寧でした。三食提供される食事は可もなく不可もなく普通でした。部屋に無料のミニバーがあり、充実していました。家よりも落ち着くホテルでした。また再訪したいと思います。"

"入住的時候，飯店的櫃檯人員只有一位，人手明顯不夠，沒有任何的招呼沒有任何的服務，整個亂成一團，已經超過入住時間一個多小時，還沒有辦法入住，因為房間沒有打掃完成，旅館人員讓我們把行李先放置到尚未打掃的房間，並匆忙給了房卡，人就消失不見了，完全沒有解釋有關飯店的任何設施和服務，晚上回到旅館的時候，房間沒有打掃乾淨，完全失去了標榜該有的水準，比三星等級的旅館還要不如！浴室內沒有任何可以吊掛毛巾或衣服的地方。一大早先到國企四，然後回來吃早餐，你在房間前泊泊把請勿打擾的燈岸上，回來沒想到房間還是在沒有經過同意的情況之下被打掃好了。一大早先到國清寺，然後回來吃早餐，離開房間前明明把請勿打擾的燈按上，沒想到吃完早餐後回到房間，房間還是在沒有經過同意的情況之下被打掃好了。很糟糕，因為有一些東西被丟掉了。早餐的果醬沒有了，詢問餐廳人員，直接大聲回答用完了！咖啡的杯子也都有缺口。這是第一次遇到這樣等級的酒店早餐果醬用完的。總體而言，就是立意良好，但經營不善、管理不善，人員專業素質不足的一間酒店。唯一慶幸的，是反應之後，有一個服務人員態度良好，並且積極的想要做些什麼。但，酒店本身的經營是很有問題的。"
