"Very impressed by the service and accommodations. This is right on the waterfront and there are great paths for walking/running and biking. We mainly did things in the center of Osaka and it wasn’t a big deal to get to the nearest train from the hotel and then into the action. Quieter area but nice reprieve from the density and crowds. Highly recommend. Lounge bar was also great. For reference we’re mid-30s and on the casual side, but the hotel still felt totally comfortable. "

I would have given it perfect score except for the parking and transportation access We took the taxi from the station to the hotel. There were no help at the place we were dropped off which is at the parking area or taxi area. When we checked out, there was minimal help with getting a taxi to go to the airport with our luggages.
