"We travel fairly extensively for both business and pleasure and this Osaka property rates right near or at the top for quality. Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka."

"This is a beautiful property in a great location, adjacent to a metro stop. The service and the rooms were perfect. The rooftop dining area was beautiful at night, with a view of the Osaka skyline. Recommend a stay here in this beautiful city! "

"Pro: walking distance from hotel to Namba shopping district, train stations, and convenience stores. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."
