Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse."
