"The Pelham was magnificent - Perfect in everyway! BEST - location CAN'T be beat. across from tube station! tons of restaurants nearby. etc etc. STAFF - wonderful SOOO nice. Gabriel (concierge) was wonderful, and so helpful in details. rest of staff gracious and nice. room - large and sooo comfortable. "

"We stayed in emperor suite and whilst it was nice having the hot tub my personal feeling is it doesnt reflect the price its set at, the whole room could do with a makeover so it doesnt feel so dated, the helicopter pad right next door is very annoying which isnt the hotels fault but the sound does get annoying to listen too, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming I cant fault them at all, I would happily stay again but maybe not the emperor suite "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Grove. It is a lovely hotel, especially if you are a golfer. Food wise The Glasshouse has a wonderful selection of food - but it is buffet (not every one’s cup of tea). The food at The Stables was also very good, but if you have some mobility difficulties, it is a long walk outdoors to get there! Concierge will arrange a buggy - but take your coat in winter! Lovely breakfast in the Glasshouse with excellent selection. Obviously The Grove is not cheap!"

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"I had a short staycation with my wife and son. Overall, the hotel was nothing short of amazing! We were very well catered for, free valet parking, amazing gluten free food choices - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was covered in fresh flowers which were amazing. This hotel caters extremely well for children, with its own child's pool and play facilities inside out. Would 100% stay again."
