Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! "Plus points: Well laid-out hotel. Good spa service, including indoor heated spa pool, gym and jacuzzi for free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink plentiful. Lots of sun loungers. Optional organised sporting activities available like darts, table tennis, beach volleyball. Evening bar entertainment was good. Negatives: Sink blocked in our room. Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor!...

"We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. "Fantastic stay at Nana Princess Suites. We stayed in a private pool room with an ocean view. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel provides the highest level of attention to detail and service. One of our favorite stops in Greece. We stayed in the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options (try the American breakfast special!). An overall great stay. "

"Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn"
