"The property was clean to the extent it could be, but old. Bathroom mildew present and the step down was a bit odd, also potentially dangerous if you didn't remember it was there. I liked its proximity to the airport and the shuttle bus. Housekeeping was lovely, although sheets didn't match twin bed next to it. Bathroom was my least favorite -- needs to be remodeled. The design and condition of the shower were dated."

"The staff are all wonderful. They're eager to help and make our stay better. I booked 2 rooms. Front desk gave us connecting rooms. One smelled like smoke while the other waa fine. My granddaughter has asthma and couldn't possibly stay in that room. My mom and sister stayed there until they sprayed the room. The bell boys were fast. They already had our luggages in the room when we went in. The transportation service is top notch. Phanom was excellent. He drove us around Bangkok for 3 days.The...
