"We stayed only for one night and the staff were exceptional. Easy collection from airport and attentive check in. The hotel is amazing but the room we had was a bit tired. Trying to find a plug by the bed it became obvious there was a need for more of a deep clean. This could have just been our room. We did but eat in resteraunt but we did have room service and that was delivered in 30 minutes. Did what it needed to as a one night stop over between flights"

"The hotel looks brand new, despite them celebrating their 1st anniversary during my stay. The rooms are quite nice, clean and quiet and the staff is helpful and friendly. Nice pool too. Short walk to BTS Asok station entrance. While it is very close to Sukhumvit road, it is in an alley of sorts and that is very quiet and calm. Would definitely stay again! Thank you"

"It was an amazing experience for me. From the seclusion of the hotel to the 24 hours security at the gate. The staff was amazing as well and very helpful. Not all of them spoke good English but they didn't give up until they knew what I was saying. I only wish I could have used the spa on the first floor Unfortunately, on my third day I got food poisoning and then two days after I recovered my husband got food poisoning so we spent most of our time in the room lol oh I forgot the daily breakfast...
