"The location and customer service were top notchbut the room was a bit small with the bathroom not feeling like a high end hotel. The water did not drain well and the tile tub was a bit uncomfortable to climb in and out of. The hotel is super pet friendly if that is your thing, but watching a dog get in and out of the pool made it uninviting for us. Overall and very nice place to stay but not the best value in my opinion. "

"Amazing hotel! Absolutely loved staying here, it was so quiet and peaceful and was only a 5 min drive from the city and the shuttle took you to and from the city 24/7. The staff was incredible. I for sure will stay here again! "

"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. It was a tiny problem at the check out, our luggage was checked back in vs being checked out. It was resolved relatively quick. "We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better. "

"Our stay at the hotel was superb. Beautiful property in the hillside with the best view of Saint Tropez. Newly renovated rooms are nice. The only downside is you can’t walk to town but the hotel has a shuttle service that only takes 10 minutes to town center. "
