The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. "We had a lovely time at the Hermitage when our stay in La Napoule turned out to have no air conditioning during an extreme heat wave. We spent the last 3 nights in town at the Heritage, which is clean, peaceful, and well equipped with a nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar/lounge.
