"Villa - lovely size with a well equipped kitchens and eat in diner. Outside terrace and bbq was great. Beautiful size pool and ideal for sunbathing and cooling off afterwards. Very quiet location. Location - stunning views from the Villa of the bay. Quite a hilly area so not ideal for walking anywhere. Beautiful beaches and not far from st tropez. Host - easy to contact via WhatsApp and the neighbour next door is also very helpful. Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Only tip for improvement would...

"All the chairs at the pool were broken and there was no where to sit I have photographs of them The outdoor tables at the pool were dirty We were only given 2 keys for 3 people The step down to get to the pool is dangerous and I had to hang on to a tree to avoid falling It was not possible to leave the car at the space outside the place as there was 2bulldozers working and a huge truck on the property No microwave It was central"

The location is perfect, in the centre of beautiful Grimaud town, easy and secure on-site parking, a lovely pool and an extremely quiet, tranquil property, in lovely gardens. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, a large adjoining living area, and a very clean and comfortable bedroom where we slept very peacefully. The hosts were superb and we can’t recommend this place enough. It really is perfect for us. Thank you. "
