"The house feels like a proper home, has good quality interior and the kitchen is well equipped (and there is a Weber electric decent size BBQ in the garden). We were 6 adults with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and it didn't feel overcrowded. "Good location 30 minutes walk to La Napoule restaurants, bars and port. Easy journey by car or train to Cannes, Nice etc. Fantastic garden and pool. Air conditioned bedrooms were great. Supermarket close by."

"We had a lovely weeklong stay at this home in Gassin, which was even more charming in person. We spent much of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the A/C was great for some pretty steamy days, and the kitchen was very well stocked for the large dinners we cooked there and on the outdoor grill. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd love to come back another time!"

The property is well appointed with all the amenities of home but with an absolutely stunning view over the Gulf of St. Tropez. "A beautiful villa, with lots of space and options for enjoying the sun. A nice 10 minute walk to the beach, air con worked well and ice machine was a big hit for the kids. Only criticism was the pool was a little cold, but we were out of season, other than that it was perfect. "
