"The overall resort and every amenity was top-notch. However, upon check-in, our room had a strong sewage smell. They moved us overnight, cleaned our room and put us back in the same room. I feel we should’ve been moved to a completely different room."

"My only gripe is that the drink situation in the buffet area. You have to find a server to get you a Pepsi. They have drink machines but keep them covered. Why? The food is self-service."

"Nice calm resort. Some families, but mostly older and more mature people. The waterpark is great for kids. The restaurants are OK, and have good diversity. Beach is a short walk from the hotel, but when the winds are high, it is not possible to swim. Area around the hotel is somewhat sparse. Very nice rooms and facilities! "

"An absolute gem. One might never have to leave the resort due to how comfortable and accommodating it is. OR. It is most convenient to nearly all Crete has to offer if adventuring. "The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience "
