"The good: The hotel is very very clean, sleek and modern. The bad: it is sterile and lifeless. Common areas are uninviting and empty. Rooms are much nicer! Bed is haaaard, but we rested well. "It’s in a safe area and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers. The buffet breakfast has a variety of options and fruits are fresh. Most of the staff are friendly but the service at the executive lounge wasn’t impressive."

Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."
