Should have been given a discount. hotel said it was a city thing, but very inconvenient when you need to shower and prepare for the day. Food was average, and overpriced. However staff and service were wonderful! Very helpful."

"Wonderful short stay at the Esplanade Hotel. Very convenient location, just steps from the main train station and still within easy walking distance of principal sights and the metro. Very comfortable room, quiet, with a good bed and strong wifi. Excellent breakfast selection. Grateful for early check-in too. "

"The room itself is quite unique - big suite at 66 metres above ground with great view. Everything was unfortunately spoiled by A/C which was very loud and impossible to turn off which made sleeping quite difficult. After several complaints to the staff we were assured that it is going to be solved within 30 minutes but nothing happend. For price of the room it was quite a set back."
