"This hotel is great!! We stayed in a junior suite, and had access to the absolutely wonderful Executive Lounge. Location is good, about 5 stops on the metro from the centre. If we had 1 negative, it would be the hot buffet at breakfast was not that hot. "

"Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back. "

"In general, the stay was excellent, the staff were helpful and polite and the room was clean tidy and well equipped. The location was also good, right on the edge of old town and many of the sites were within easy walking distance. I would stay there again. Two very minor points, 1) we stayed four nights, we had turn down service one of those for nights. I don’t mind if we have the service or not, I just thought it was strange to have it one night out of four. 2) The breakfast was great, huge choice, but the scrambled eggs were inconstant. The first morning, they were excellent, after that they were dried up and solid. Not sure if there was a difference chef on the Wednesday morning or if they had simply not been out as long. Again, these were minor points and I would recommend the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV as a great place to stay if visiting Prague. "

"The location is just perfect. Main train station is 1 min away , old and new town are just a stroll. Whatever you need is around you. I had this nasty, inconsiderate neighbours that were so noisy and slamming the door late at night but hotel reception was helpful. "
