The hotel is fresh and well maintained although the highway behind is noisy as a result we asked to be moved and the staff were really quick to accommodate. The rooms whilst small are really nice although water, coffee and tea making would have been appreciated. Great location in terms of train and airport bus and about 15 walk to the centre.

I absolutely loved this place! Some people complain about the size of the room, but it was perfectly sufficient for me. Highly, highly recommend for anyone who visits Prague. Only a 10-15min walk to central Old Town so its a good location. Bar on 6th floor is very nice to have. Beautiful facilities across the board.

Great location, very close to the main train station. Lovely terrace bar with wonderful views over Prague which doubles as the breakfast area in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff and nice modern, comfortable rooms.

The roof too bar was great! The hotel is located within walking distance to the train station. You can easily walk to Old Town from the hotel. There are also a lot of great bars and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. I highly recommend staying here as you explore Prague.

Hotel was very well presented, staff are friendly and efficient. The reception area is huge and very relaxing, as is the bar/restaurant (amazing area!) The rooms are quite small and lack facilities that you would expect in a room of this cost (mini bar/fridge/tea and coffee/streaming services on tv/wardrobe/more seating etc) We did have a couple of issues that were reported but not dealt with - as we were only there a couple of nights we didn't follow up.

Nice communal areas, rooms are basic and noisy.
The main parts of the e hotel ie: lobby and bar was wonderful however the comfort of the room was average. The bed was not comfortable and the noise was constant if it wasn’t the traffic outside it was other guests or music from the bar above our floor. Not great when you are on the go all day and have to be up early.

Except for the issue that there is no room for a suitcase even less for 2 (“Don’t even think of traveling with more than a jacket and a pair of socks”) and cero possibity of conecting your device remotly to the sreen (old school TV), everything else is great.

The hotel was nice & clean, the rooms are really small. The bar on the rooftop is great & had an amazing view. I had a problem with my heating in the room, which wasn’t resolved. I contacted the reception & was told the hotel was to capacity so couldn’t move room. Had to wrap up as the room was freezing at night

I enjoyed my stay at the Cloud One Hotel. I would like to not that the room I had was quite small but since I was solo it didn’t bother me. This is just a note for people who are traveling with partners, friends and families. I booked a king size bed but got a queen. Again, not a big deal for me. The staff were really nice. Everyone said “hi” to me as they walked by in the hallway. I had no need for cleaning. Check-in was quick. They let me check in early at 12pm. I’d say all the major attractions are walkable from this hotel. I walked to the Prague Castle and everything. I’d definitely book again. The price was great as well. I had no issues. Oh, there’s no mini fridge. That was a little off putting but it didn’t really bother me.
