"Hotel is close to shopping in Bukit Bintang and is, thankfully, a little bit away fromthe busy/noisy part of the area. We were able to walk to the Petronas Towers via the sky bridge that was close by. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay here again."

The lobby is a sight in itself, the service is attentive and charming, the room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the city. It was the only hotel during my trip where I was able to adjust the a/c above "arctic blizzard". It's very conveniently located for the monorail and for the Petronas and KL towers. "We only stayed for a very short period but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with very comfortable bed, and the overall look was modern and well maintained. The pool is great especially at night. Location for KLIA is perfect, very short transfer and the hotel has a shuttle service. Overall we were very happy with the stay and will return on next visit to KL"
