"This property has 2 sides, a residential side and a hotel side. The lobby to check in is on the 20th floor. This hotel is in a quieter area but only about a minute walk to the subway. Also, there are many restaurants nearby. If you like a good deal for shopping for clothes this area is the place to be. This area specializes in wholesale clothing and accessories and many sell to the public. These tend to open after 8 pm. There are many day time retail places too. This hotel is very new and...

"Check-in process seemed a bit rigid... Elevators can be very slow. Suite was quite sound and light proof and included well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer so pretty useful if you want to diy it. Convenient location."

"The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "
