"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. "I was treated rudely by the staff (a Malay man) at the Ground Floor upon checking in (the small reception near the front door). I arrived on 8th March at around 11 p.m. and was dressed casually in a home wear T-shirt and shorts. When I asked for directions to the lobby, the staff member pointed in the direction rudely, with an unwilling tone, probably not expecting me as a guest. Everything else was 10/10, except for this guy's attitude."
