"Good stay overall. Free shuttle was a nice touch and staff were attentive. Dinner buffet is expensive but highly recommend it. We had problems with our electronic door lock not opening several times throughout our stay however which was the only negative. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent. It's easy to get an Uber or use public transportation, and it's so centrally located that you can walk to many places. We enjoyed the pool, especially since it's open through the evening. Two room service meals were tasty, although we wished there were more Korean dishes to try. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful, and we liked how they were always ready to give us a map and show us where to go for popular sites and also...

"Great stay in a perfect location. The room was spacious, clean and had black out curtains had us sleeping in every day. Upon entering the lobby, the floral fragrance was intoxicating and the background music set the vibe. The staff too were exceptional! Swing by the Michel star restaurant or stop in for a cool cocktail in their trendy rooftop bar. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for a great visit and I'll definitely be recommending L'Escape to family and friends. "
