"This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. "BEST BOAT IN THE BAY🚢⚓️ Clean , big rooms , great food staff. Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. "It’s ok, we stayed for two days one night. Connection is poor as we are expected . Room is clean . Except the shower area if you keep the water on , it will start to flood . Food is ok . However services is impeccable . They are very polite . I did mentioned it’s my hubby bday onboard . And they even have a cake for him . And everyone all cheered . Thank you for the beautiful memories. "

"Love the staffs and surrounding area. The hotel design is a bit eerie though. I’d prefer not having the big vases looking at me while I sleep lol. The bathroom is only designed for family use, so if you travel with friends or coworkers, it might not be too ideal."

"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "
