Flood damaged fencing When the Afon Hafren (River Severn) floods the debris in the water builds up on the netting and evenually the posts pop out of the ground and the fence is washed downstream. This will not be repaired until the spring when the grazing is going to be used again. The debris will be uplifted and the fence moved back to its original position.
