"Stayed for one night as attending a function at the hotel. Great for a 3 star, lovely big room with only minor issues, no tea bags, lights on the dressing table and bathroom mirror need new bulbs and no shampoo/soap in the bath dispenser. Comfortable bed, good room temperature great breakfast lovely staff "

"Sadly not impressed in having been asked what time we would arrive room was not ready When asking for top up missing towel’s so had to go to reception Some issues around payment Very helpful bar staff and bar manager not so helpful female bar person Overall good service and staff knowledge "

"A lovely hotel. Room was decent size and all fixtures n fittings were good quality. I think the cleanliness needs to improve. There was a sticky item on top of the duvet as if part of a sweet had been dropped. The underneath of the toilet was a yellow stained colour and there was a blood mark on the wall next to the toilet. I would expect this to be cleaned off."

"We enjoyed the hotel stay. The staff were froendly and helpfulp and the rooms were confortable. The leisure centre was good though the ladies showers weren't as clean as they might have been and probably due for a refresh. "

"Reasonable price. Good sized room. Heating very basic - either very hot or cold. Thin duvet, comfy bed. Had suite but living area too narrow to watch tv- tv very close to sofa. Lovely breakfast."

"Great stay again at Newcastle Sleeperz when we arrived we were informed the the room had just been refurbished but was not ready for us. The management were extremely sorry and offered us free drinks while we waited which wasn’t very long and gave us time to relax. Also supplied us with a free breakfast the next day, very hospitable. The room was in great condition with brand new curtains and extremely clean as always. Large comfortable bed and compact shower area with good air conditioning....

"Staff were so friendly and accommodating here in both reception and the restaurant. The room was generously sized and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel before our theatre trip which was excellent. Great views of the Millennium Bridge. Only negative comments - there was no conditioner in the bathroom. "Lovely staff and a nice room, the bed wasn’t too comfortable but it was all very clean. The only issue we had was receiving a phone call through the room phone at 00:30 on our second night, which woke us both from a deep sleep but cut out before we could answer (presumably the staff member realised they had misdialled). It may have been accidental but is the reason for awarding 4 stars."
