"I booked 2 rooms for myself, my partner, my grand-daughter and her partner, as they had organised a day and night out in London. It’s about a 15 minute walk from London Liverpool St station so not far to walk. I’d requested if one room could be available a little earlier than check-in time and they organised it perfectly. It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms and bathrooms are of very good quality. The beds are sumptuous and exceptionally comfortable, we all commented on what a good nights...

"Everything very clean. Pillows one was very flat two was too high. Heating system was blowing directly at the couch sitting direction. "The property was located in a great area. Less than a minute walk to St. Pancras International station. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had regarding the property. We were able to check in several hours earlier than the posted check in time and were even offered a room upgrade! I enjoyed everything about the hotel and all the amenities provided.
