"I've stayed at Wombat's many times when visiting London for work, as it's just near my office... I've always been very satisfied with this place... It's fairly new, it's clean and comfortable, and the rooms are modern... The bathrooms are always great and the showers are nice and hot... The only thing I did not give Wombat's 5 stars on was "comfort", because sometimes the heaters in the rooms can be too hot, and it's difficult to get to sleep... Anyway, that would be my only complaint about...

"This was a one-night stopover. For the price, I couldn’t have asked for a cozier or friendlier place to sleep off my jetlag. I arrived around 1pm but was able to check in right away and received help getting my bag up the stairs. Yes, the single room was small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed - wifi, tv, kettle, ensuite with shower, blackout blinds, convenient outlets to charge devices. I also appreciated that they sold instant noodles and porridge and other snacks in the lobby....
