"Beautiful location but room and bathroom looked dated and in need of renovation. Our room was spacious but the space was wasted as no comfortable chairs were provided and only a very small desk. Breakfast was ok but set in a very large and half empty room. The whole experience was very bland."

"Great property our apartment was just what we needed plenty of space for us to relax and all our luggage. Transport at the door or 15 min walk to Tower Bridge - so easy. Found walking around the street behind lead us to a street full of little bars and eateries, so a nice surprise. Only thing we thought apartment needed was sheer curtains as once full wall of curtains opened - apartments opposite could look straight in. the large deck we had - deck chairs would be great in summer. "So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
