"Superb service and friendly staff. Hotel Manager gave us a later than normal check out which made a big difference to our experience (thank you). Great way to end the trip. Our room was so lovely with a large private pool area. Loved it."

"We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Location, staff and facilities are top notch. Hotel itself is not reachable by car, no parking available on site, so difficult to deal with luggage etc. Would recommend but caution on accessibility "

The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. "The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"My husband and I absolutely loved this property. We had such a wonderful time and the staff were so kind! The service was wonderful and the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious! They even prepared breakfast boxes for us since we had to leave early due to an early flight. I definitely recommend this place to new time travelers. We will definitely return in the future. "
