Some tours will pick up directly from the hotel and they are willing to help you book a tour if needed. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to serve. "Staying at Mossa was one of the best decisions I made for my trip to Chania. The room was super clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking the pool. The location was perfect for someone who prefers not to stay in the town but still wants certain accessibility to it, either by taxi or public transportation. But what I enjoyed most during my stay was the hospitality: Everyone on the Mossa team was so professional, patient, and helpful - shout out to Alex and Eva for their help fixing my itinerary by making calls with the locals and to Charlotte and Ana for their 5-star service. I will certainly come back next time I am in the area again! "

"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The staff were so friendly, especially the swim up pool bartender. The upper outdoor lounge had music and places to sit, watch the sunset & enjoy apps and drinks. I highly recommend staying at this resort!!"
