"Very warm, friendly welcome (The snow machine at the entrance was a nice seasonal touch). All the staff were polite, attentive and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. It all made our anniversary stay special. The building has been beautifully decorated and quality furnished in keeping with its history. The surrounding grounds were an enjoyable walk.
